Hi, I’m Richard, the creator of the Back Pain Secret method.

For over 25 years, I dealt with chronic back pain. Throughout my life, I've spent a lot of time sitting, whether it was during my education, in various jobs, or even now in my office job where I sit most of the day. I tried everything—chiropractors, physical therapists, osteopaths—but the relief never lasted. Doctors even suggested surgery. Determined to find a lasting solution, I spent years researching and testing various methods. I also became a certified NCSF personal trainer and low back specialist.

Through this process, I developed the Back Pain Secret method, which completely freed me from back pain and has significantly helped many others. Most participants saw noticeable improvement within 6 to 8 weeks, with complete relief after 2 to 4 months.
